The Pearl Izumi Tour Series is all about Britain's fastest teams, as squads go head-to-head during the five weeks of racing for the right to be crowned Champions of the Series, and the right to say they are the fastest team in Britain.
In 2016 the fight will be on to succeed Madison Genesis as Pearl Izumi Tour Series Champions, and win the eighth season of the unique, team based Series.
The six British UCI Continental, or international level, squads will take part in every round of the Pearl Izumi Tour Series, led by defending champions Madison Genesis.
They will be joined by two-time winners JLT Condor presented by Mavic, the only team to have won two editions of the Series, in 2011 and 2014. They are also the only team to have ridden in every edition of the Tour Series to date.
Last year's third placed team Pedal Heaven return, having moved up to the UCI Continental level for 2016, while Team Raleigh GAC are the second longest serving team in the Series, having competed annually since 2010.
NFTO return for a third year with a team including three former Tour Series Champions, while Team WIGGINS will be back for their second stab at the Pearl Izumi Tour Series having taken an individual victory in 2015.
The six teams have each named a squad of 12 riders for the whole series with 5 riders selected to ride in each round. You can view those squad lists below:
Teams will also be joined by guest teams at all rounds, with a new competition giving smaller squads the chance to race in a four-round mini-Series, in either the North or South. Below you can find a list of all the guest teams that will be competing this year and battling it out alongside the pros to win their respective North or South division.
