Hannah Barnes of MG-Maxifuel Pro Cycling has taken the honours in the inaugural Johnson Health Tech Westminster GP

The British Champion came out of the group in the final 200m of the 1 hour race around a 1.7km lap in central London.

Barnes was followed home by Louise Borthwick of Edinburgh RC while Emily Nelson of Bike Pure LeMond – Aspire Velotech was in third place.

Look Mum No Hands’ Lydia Boylan and Nicola Juniper of Les Filles Racing team had formed a break with 5 laps remaining but the race had come together before the final lap when Barnes was able to position herself perfectly for the finish
