Vitus becomes Official Bicycle Brand of race alongside renamed Chain Reaction Cycles Points Jersey

Chain Reaction Cycles, the world’s largest online bike store, will become part of Britain’s leading domestic televised cycle race Series, as they sponsor the renamed Chain Reaction Cycles Points jersey within the unique, team based competition.

Taking place over ten rounds during May and June 2015 and with highlights of each event on ITV4, the Pearl Izumi Tour Series brings ten British professional teams together to fight it out on town and city centre circuits for the right to be crowned Britain’s fastest team.

Awarded to the leading individual sprinter, the most recent winner was NFTO Pro Cycling’s Jon Mould in 2014.

The news comes as Chain Reaction Cycles extend their sponsorship of the men’s Friends Life Tour of Britain that first began with their Points Jersey sponsorship in 2012, to include both the Friends Life Women’s Tour and Pearl Izumi Tour Series.

All three events will also enjoy the same association with Vitus, as their official bike brand, while Chain Reaction Cycles will also benefit from an extensive digital presence across all event websites, which will see greater content being shared between the races and the Chain Reaction Cycles Hub.
