The 2021 Tour Series is less than two months’ away!

As we near the official launch of this year’s event, here’s everything fans need to know about the series as it stands.

What we know

  • This year’s series will take place in August for the first time, having been moved from its traditional May date owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. The rounds will take place in the second week of the month.
  • PEARL iZUMi will re-establish their long-standing support of the Tour Series and Britain’s domestic racing scene by producing the coveted leaders’ jerseys.
  • The series will continue its unique team-based format, one that saw Canyon dhb SunGod and CAMS-Basso Bikes crowned our most recent champions back in 2019.
  • Highlights of the series will once again be shown on ITV4 (and available on the ITV Hub catch-up service) in the UK. Videos of the series will also be available on the Tour Series website, YouTube¬†and social media channels.
  • The winning men’s and women’s teams will be invited to compete in the USA Crits Finals weekend in North Carolina (24-26 September).

Information for spectators

The dates and locations of this year’s series will be released at 8am on Thursday 24 June.

All three Tour Series events are pending COVID-19 restrictions in England and Scotland allowing for outdoor events with unticketed, standing spectators being permitted to take place.
