Early on in 2021 we announced that for the first time the Tour Series would move away from its traditional May home to take place this year in the first two weeks of August.

We have several new venues lined up to be a part of the Tour Series and look forward to announcing them after Easter as we gear up for a special end of summer with the Tour Series in August, followed by September’s Tour of Britain and rounded out by the Women’s Tour in October.

Tour Series goes global

This year’s Tour Series will also be our first since we announced a partnership with the USA CRITS in America. Going forward both series will be helping to promote the other event to their respective audiences while our 2021 men’s and women’s champions will be presented with an exciting opportunity to race in North Carolina this September.  We hope in summer 2022 to be inviting over the winning USA CRITS teams to race at the Tour Series as part of our goal to raise the profile of the Tour Series outside of the UK.

Hosting the Tour Series

There are still opportunities to be a part of the Tour Series schedule this August but equally we are already talking to venues about events in May 2022, so please get in touch whether you have previously hosted a round of the series or would like to find out what is involved.

To give you an idea of the benefits that hosting a round of the Tour Series could bring to your town or city check out the our case study filmed with Salisbury in Summer 2019.
